We are headquartered in Lagos and our work is concentrated across Africa. That is deliberate. Technical and jurisdictional depth belongs where the assets are, and where regulators, licensing authorities and operators can be met in person rather than briefed remotely.
Africa
We focus on the basins and jurisdictions where the regulatory position is complex, the data is uneven and the global advisory firms have no local presence.
International clients
We serve investors, funds, development finance institutions and corporations with African energy and mining exposure, wherever they are based. Our analysis is produced to the standards those institutions require, and our engagement terms are structured for international counterparties.
