The firm
Maxxion Solutions was established in 2025 to serve a specific gap: energy and mining decisions in African jurisdictions require both technical subsurface capability and a working understanding of the regulatory, fiscal and political environment. Most firms hold one or the other. We built to hold both, from Lagos rather than from a distance.

How we are governed
Our practice lines operate under a single conflicts framework. Where a potential conflict arises between engagements — including between our intelligence, technical and research work — we identify it, document it, and decline the work where it cannot be properly managed. Our conflict register is maintained by a named partner and is reviewed on every new engagement.
